Private Coaching & Mentorship

This package includes one weekly texting session (that is up to 15 minutes). During these sessions, you can ask questions, text from your ideal, or ask for a tailored routine. These sessions are scheduled at a specific time to maximize the quality of the sessions. This package includes a total of four texting sessions via the mobile app called Voxer.

Abdullah Coaching is all about being in Barbados now. In this package, we ask that you only write to us from your desired end. This is a one month package that includes e-mail coaching. We recommend you e-mail us once a day and we will respond three times a week. A welcome packet and instructions will be provided upon enrolling.

Abdullah Coaching 2.0 where we ask that you only speak to us from your desired end. This package includes a 30 minute introductory Zoom session to set up Voxer and to clarify your ideal, a total of two one hour Zoom sessions (one every two weeks), and three Voxer days per week (we suggest speaking to us daily and we will respond three times in a week).
